摘要
提出了在对供电企业软实力的基本内涵及构成要素,构建了供电企业软实力评价指标体系,设计了指标值测评问卷,对指标值进行了测评,选用网络层次分析法来计算指标的权重,并建立起供电企业软实力评价模型。
This paper constructs the soft power evaluation index system for power supply enterprises on the basis of its basic elements,and questionnaire is designed to evaluate the index value.Then AHP is applied to calculate the index weight and establish soft power evaluation model for power supply enterprises.
