摘要
以硫酸为催化剂,双氧水为供氧剂,甲酸为受氧剂,对棉籽油环氧化的反应条件进行了研究。研究了反应温度、反应时间、双氧水用量和甲酸用量对环氧棉籽油环氧值的影响,通过设计L25(56)正交实验确定了最优的反应条件:100 g棉籽油中加入67 g双氧水-硫酸(双氧水与硫酸质量比为200∶1)、13 g甲酸,在60℃恒温搅拌下反应6 h。最佳反应条件下产物的环氧值达到5.68%,碘值(I)5.47 g/100 g,酸值(KOH)0.57 mg/g。
The epoxidized cottonseed oil was prepared by using sulphuric acid as catalyst, hydrogen peroxide as oxygen supply agent and formic acid as oxygen aeeeptor. The optimal conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments as follows:cottonseed oil 100 g, hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid 67 g( mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to sulfuric acid 200:1 ), formic acid 13 g, temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 6 h.Under the optimal conditions, the epoxy value, iodine value and acid value of product were 5.68%, 5.47 gI/100 g, 0. 57 mgKOH/g, respectively.
