摘要
将硫酸钙晶须(CSW)与聚己内酯(PCL)进行共混,研究了CSW用量对PCL力学性能的影响。用硅烷偶联剂对CSW进行表面处理,研究了偶联剂用量对PCL/CSW复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:改性后的CSW在PCL基体中分散均匀,PCL/CSW复合材料的拉伸强度提高了25.3%,冲击强度提高了20.4%。
Calcium sulfate whiskers(CSW) were used to modify Polycaprolactone(PCL).The influence of the content of CSW on mechanical properties of PCL was discussed.The surface of CSW was modified with silane coupling agent,and the effect of the content of coupling agent on mechanical properties of PCL/CSW composites were studied.The results show that: the modified CSW disperses evenly in PCL,and then the tensile strength and impact strength of PCL/CSW composites increase by 25.3% and 20.4% respectively.
