基于虚拟仪器技术的毛细管流变测试装置开发 被引量:1

Development of Capillary Rheological Test Device Based on Virtual Instrument Technology

摘要 采用虚拟仪器技术,以NI LabVIEW为软件开发工具,研制了一台毛细管式流变测试装置。根据恒速型毛细管式流变测量原理设计了机械电气装备;为装备的操作控制与信号的采集测量开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的计算机测控软件;进行了与典型商用流变仪的比对测试。实际应用结果表明:此流变测试装置使用方便,界面友好,数据测量准确,自动化程度高。 Application with virtual instrument technology,a capillary rheological test device was studied and manufactured based on NI LabVIEW.Firstly,the mechanical and electric equipments for the test device are designed and implemented by the principle of constant speed type capillary rheological measurement.Secondly,the measurement and control system based on computer was designed and encoded on NI LabVIEW for the signals acquisition and the manipulation of the equipments.Finally,comparison tests were carried out between the device and a typical commercial rheometer.The effect of applications with this device shows that it is convenient to use with a friendly interface,accurate measurement,and highly automation.
