Prospect for China's Oil and Gas Exploration

中国油气勘探在２０世纪５０年以后已取得了巨大成就，就１９９７８年生产原油达到１．６×１０＾８ｔ以上，进入世界石油大国行列，在进入２１世纪，随着我国国民经济的飞速发展，油气勘探前景如何？这是人们关心的问题。本文在充分分析我国现有油气资源和勘现状之后，地陆上、海洋大陆架的油气前景作了具体分析，同时提出我国能源应坚持立足油气并举积极国外合作，开发国外资源作为国内能源的补充。

Great achievements in oil and gas exploration havebeen made in China since the 1950s in the last century.The annual crude oil production exceeded 1 .6 ×10~8 tonsin 1997, making China one of the major oil producers inthe world. What prospect does the oil and gas explora-tion have in the 21st century when China's nationaleconomy is experiencing a rapid development. This is anissue drawing attention from the people. Based on a fullanalysis of China's existing oil and gas. resources andcurrent exploration situation, this paper makes a concreteanalysis of marine-continental oil and gas prospect.Meanwhile, it points out that China should place theequal emphasis on oil and gas production and cooperatewith foreign countries to use overseas resources as sup-plement to domestic energy supplies. This should be theguideline for China's energy sector in the early 21stcentury.
