Construction Technology for Shallowly Buried Section of Tunnel

摘要 以新建山西中南部铁路通道工程秦家凹隧道浅埋段施工为实例,从重点控制超前支护、开挖、支护、仰拱监控量测和超前地质预报等几个方面对浅埋段施工技术进行阐述,合理调整开挖和支护参数,集中体现隧道浅埋施工应遵循"管超前、短进尺、强支护、早封闭、勤量测、及时衬砌"的原则,有效地保证了隧道的安全、快速掘进,为后续的浅埋段和同类工程提供经验和借鉴。 Take the construction of the new shallowly buried section of Qinjia′ao Tunnel in the railway project at Central South of Shanxi as an example,this paper describes the construction technology for the shallowly buried section from the key control of pre-support,excavation,support,monitoring and measurement of inverted arch,and advance geological forecast,etc.,and rationally adjusted the excavation and supporting parameters,the shallow buried construction of tunnel should follow the principle of "pipe in ahead,short drilling footage,strengthening the support,early closing,frequent measurement,and timely lining",effectively ensuring the safe and speedy building of the tunnel and providing experiences and references for the follow-up shallow buried sections and similar projects.
