摘要
论述了导致大体积混凝土裂缝产生的各种因素,并通过优选原材料(水泥品种、填充骨料和外加剂)、降低水化热、优化配合比和施工过程控制等措施,成功实现了曹妃甸矿石二期工程超大型墩台混凝土结构裂缝的控制。
This paper discusses various factors causing cracks in mass concrete,and,through selection of raw materials(cement types,aggregates,and admixtures),reduction of hydration heat,optimizing the mix ratio and controlling the construction process,the cracking in concrete structure for the super-large piers for the second phase of Caofeidian Ore Terminal was successfully controlled.
