摘要
通过对华强北的空间位置、物业属性、通达性,与新旧市中心的互动关系,在城市改造升级过程中出现的时空上、产业(尤其是商业)转型上的契机,自身业态上的关联度和由此产生的整体吸引力,以购物为指向的市区意象等区位因素的分析,揭示其从工业区向大深圳商业中心演变的区位性内在机制。
By analyzing Huaqiangbei's spatial location, accessibility, interaction with the new and the old city centers, time-space and industrial base reconfiguration opportunities arising during the city's reconstruction and upgrading, trade-type interrelationship among its components and the overall attraction therefrom, shopping oriented city image etc., this essay reveals the intrinsic mechanism pertaining to its locational attributes for its transformation from an industrial area to Greater Shenzhen's top commercial center.
