摘要
对采用空气作氧化剂 ,环烷酸钴作催化剂 ,由邻二甲苯液相氧化制备邻甲基苯甲酸的反应条件 ,在中型半连续鼓泡床反应器上 ,评价了反应温度、反应压力、空气流量以及反应时间对产物邻甲基苯甲酸单程质量收率的影响。结果表明 ,在 13 0℃、0 .2 5 MPa、空气流量 0 .8m3 h、反应时间5 h的试验条件下 ,邻甲基苯甲酸单程质量收率为 4 3 .2 %。
Preparation of o toluic acid from o xylene over cobalt naphthenate catalyst in the presence ofair in liquid phase oxidation is presented.Experiments were conducted on a semi continuous bubble bed reactor,and theeffectsofreaction conditions,such astemperature,pressure,airflow rateand reaction time,on the yield ofo toluic acid were evaluated.Ata reaction temperature of1 30℃ ,a pressure of0 .2 5 MPa( g) ,an airapparentvelocity of0 .0 1 1 m s and a reaction time of5 h,the o toluic acid yield was 4 3.2 wt% .
