摘要
以丙烯腈生产装置为研究对象,调查分析其存在的主要危险因素以及工艺特性,依据偏差分析原理建立了丙烯腈装置的异常处置原则与标准,设计了具有环境质量浓度监测评估和过程参数偏差预警分析的双重监控预警平台。该平台通过建立的OPC通讯技术,实时获得现场环境质量浓度及关键参数的信息,进行泄漏扩散事故的早期预警和早期干预处置,并通过对监测数据的综合动态分析预测危险气体环境质量浓度的变化趋势以及可能对周边带来的危害。
This paper is aimed at setting up a safety pre-warning system of acrylonitrile installation based on monitoring and evaluating the environment parameters,in hoping to enhance the safety management of the accident detection and prevention,pre-warning,alarming,guidance and rescue in the acrylonitrile-making works.Taking acrylonitrile producing installation as the objective of the study,this paper has built up the exception-handling principle and criteria of acrylonitrile installation by the fundamentals of the deviation analysis,and designed a twofold platform of monitoring and pre-warning,which is provided with the functions of environmental concentration monitoring and evaluation,and the pre-warning analysis of procedural parameter deviation,on the ground that the main risk factors and operational characteristic of acrylonitrile installation has been scrutinized.Moreover,by installing of the OPC communication technology,this platform can instantly obtain the data of environmental concentration and key parameters on site before early warning and intervention in the accidents of leakage and diffusion.The variation tendency of the hazardous gas and the risk probability is also likely to bring about the problem of circumambience,which can be forecast through a comprehensive and dynamic analysis.Thus,in acrylonitrile production companies,if all the safety management and control in the state of regular operating mode and accident emergency measures should be effectively connected,a comparatively integrated and rational system organization and regional network would come into effect.With the strict implementation of this safety pre-warning system,the equipment and personnel as two pivotal elements in petrochemical enterprises can be closely combined and efficiently organized in any aspect of safety management work in acrylonitrile production companies,and it would eventually achieve the objectives of reducing accident risk of acrylonitrile installation.
