On Perfecting Scientific Research System in Higher Vocational Colleges from Multiple Perspectives

培养人才、科学研究、社会服务是高校的三大基本职能。高职院校不仅承载着培养服务社会的专业技术型人才的重任,还要积极尝试科学研究,走一条产学研结合的社会服务之路。高职院校要建立健全科研工作体系,从制度、经费、人才、实施过程等多个角度保证科研工作的全面展开。

Personnel training,scientific research and social service are three basic functions in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges not only shoulder the responsibility of cultivating technical personnel rendering service to society,but also actively attempting scientific research with a teaching mode combined with production and research.Higher vocational colleges should establish and improve scientific research system and make sure that the scientific research is carried out from such different perspectives as the system,funds,talent and execution process.
