摘要
在对惠州26-1N水下开发出油管道多相流模拟分析的基础上,对该项目采用的单层管及其接头的保温材料和保温层厚度作进一步探讨,使管道保温在保证工艺要求的基础上投资费用进一步降低,同时也为今后深水海管的保温层设计提供依据。
Based on the results of multi - phase flow simulation of HZ 26 - IN subsea development flowline system, the paper further discusses the insulation material and thickness of the line pipe and the field joints to serve the purpose of further reducing the investment while process requirements are met by the pipeline insulations. It also provides valuable reference for the insulation layers of future deep water pipelines.
