经胸小切口导管封堵治疗二尖瓣置换术后瓣周漏 被引量：10

摘要 二尖瓣置换术是当前常见的心脏外科手术之一，二尖瓣瓣周漏（paravalvular leak，PVL）是其特有的手术并发症，文献报道发生率为12．6％，远高于主动脉瓣PYL（2．3％）。二尖瓣PVL的治疗以往多采用再次外科开胸手术修补PVL或再次体外循环下瓣膜置换手术，创伤大、风险高.
