摘要
介绍了最大限度提高十六烷值的劣质催化裂化柴油加氢改质技术 (MaxCetaneImprovement,即MCI)在吉林化学工业公司炼油厂柴油加氢精制装置上的首次工业应用情况。结果表明 ,MCI在保持较高柴油收率的情况下 ,既可达到常规加氢装置的精制效果 ,又可较大幅度地提高柴油的十六烷值 (约 10个单位 ) ,全面提高柴油质量。
The first commercial application of MCI(Max Cetane Improvement) in gas oil hydrofining unit in the refinery of Jilin Chemical Industrial Company was introduced.The results showed that the MCI can not only keep higher gas oil yield,achieve the refining results that conventional hydrotreating unit achieves,but also increase greatly the cetane number(about 10 units) of diesel,upgrading diesel quality overall.
