摘要
介绍了上海石油化工股份有限公司加氢裂化装置处理能力由 0 .9Mt/a扩大为 1.5Mt/a改造的情况。新增了加氢精制反应器、高压注水泵、减压塔底重沸炉进料泵、喷气燃料油泵等设备 ;将减压塔浮阀塔板更换为规整填料 ;工艺流程改为一次通过流程。开工运行后的数据表明 ,操作参数接近设计值 ,产品质量和产量均达到设计要求 ,且装置有较好的生产灵活性 ,达到了改造目标。
Capacity expansion of the hydrocracker from 900 000t/yr to 1500 000t/yr in Shanghai Petrochemical Company was introduced.Equipment such as hydrofining reactor,high pressure water injecting pump,feeding pump for reboiler at the bottom of vacuum tower and jet fuel pump etc. were added.The floating valve tray in vacuum tower were replaced by the structured packing and the process flow changed to once through process.The running data showed that the operating parameters are near the design values,product qualities meet design demands,the unit has great flexibility,reaching revamping goals.
