摘要
介绍了上海石油化工股份有限公司引进的连续重整装置的扩能改造情况 ,详细描述了反应系统、加热炉和重整氢气增压机等几个“瓶颈”的改造设计方法。装置经改造后 ,加工能力由 0 .4 0Mt/a提高到 0 .50Mt/a ,且产品质量保持了原装置水平 ,达到了扩能改造的目标。改造总投资 0 .5× 10 8RMB $。
Capacity expansion of the imported CCR unit in Shanghai Petrochemical Company was introduced.Design methods for debottlenecking the reaction system,heater and supercharger for reforming hydrogen were described in detail.The processing capacity of the unit increased from 400 000 t/yr to 500 000 t/yr while the product quality guaranteed on the same level of origionals’.The total investment of revamping is 50 000 000 RMB$.
