摘要
介绍非线性回归和操作条件的非线性优化方法。以一组炼油工业中润滑油糠醛精制试验数据为例 ,以精制收率、粘度和折光率为因变量 ,以溶剂比、抽提塔顶温度为自变量 ,用回归分析方法分别建立一次回归模型和二次回归模型 ,并分别用线性规划和非线性规划优化求解 ,得到两组优化操作条件 ,非线性规划优化收率结果比线性规划优化提高 3.4 %。回归分析和规划优化均用EXCEL软件完成 ,给出了使用方法和步骤。
The non linear regression and non linear optimization methods for operating conditions were introduced.Taking a set of test data from lube oil furfural refining unit as an example and regarding the yield,viscosity and diopter of refined oil as the dependent variables and the solvent ratio as well as the overhead temperature of extractor as the independent variables,the first and second regression models were established respectively by regression analysis.Two groups of optimal solutions(operating conditions) were obtained using both linear and non linear planning optimization.The yield by non linear planning optimization is 3.4% higher than that of the linear’s.Both regression analysis and planning optimization were done by EXCEL software.Its usage and process were given.
