摘要
从我国硫回收装置的现状出发 ,比较国外有关标准 ,认为新的大气污染物综合排放标准 (GB162 97)规定的SO2 最高允许排放浓度 ,对硫回收装置的尾气排放来说 ,定得过严 ,实施难度大 ,应有所放宽。提出了按硫回收装置规模规定最低硫回收率的具体建议方案。
From the status quo of domestic sulfur recovery units and compared to foreign related standards,it was considered that the highest emission concentration of SO 2 by the new comprehensive emission standards for air pollutants are too strict to tail gas emission from the sulfur recovery units.It has great difficulty to execute and the index should be softened.A specific option for determining the lowest sulfur recovery rate based on the processing capacity of the units was put forward.
