党的十七届五中全会《建议》明确提出,要坚持把科技进步和创新作为加快转变经济发展方式的重要支撑[1]。近年来,中国建材国际工程集团有限公司/蚌埠玻璃工业设计研究院(以下简称"凯盛集团")深入贯彻落实全会精神,坚持把科技创新助推企业发展作为着眼点和落脚点,不断完善科技创新环境,加大科技项目的投入和研发,形成以创新驱动为核心的科技创新战略,提升企业发展软实力,推动经济快速发展。
The Suggestion by the 5th Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee has apparently pointed out that we will take scientific ＆ technological progress and innovation as the important support of accelerating economic devel- opment mode transformation. In recent years, CTIEC has implemented the plenary meeting spirit, taken the enter- prise development by scientific ＆ technological innovation as objective ＆ footing, continued to improve scientific technological innovation environment, increased investment and research ＆ development of scientific ＆ technological projects, formed the innovation-driven scientific ＆ technological strategy, upgraded the soft power of enterprise devel- opment and pushed forward with rapid economic development.
