文章介绍了一种测定石油馏分中腐蚀性硫的方法。该方法基于石油馏分中腐蚀性硫能与铜粉反应,将铜粉及腐蚀产物过滤后测定硫含量,并与铜粉反应前的硫含量比较,两者之差即为腐蚀性硫的量。文中讨论了反应温度、时间、铜粉加入量等对标样及石油馏分中腐蚀性硫测定结果的影响,给出了测定石油馏分中腐蚀性硫的实验条件。
A technique for measuring the corrosive sulfur in the petroleum fractions was introduced. In this technique, the corrosive sulfur in the petroleum fractions reacted with the copper powder. The sulfur content measured after the copper powder and corrosion products were filtered was compared with that measured before copper powder reaction. The difference was the amount of corrosive sulfur. The impact of the reaction temperature and time and the dosage of the copper powder on the samples and the measurement result of the corrosive sulfur were discussed and the testing conditions were given.
