Taking Suining slow-moving traffic system planning as the carrier, the paper studies the working frame of slow-moving traffic system planning and compilation, and puts forward Suining slow-moving traffic system planning idea and implementation measures from two aspects of city area and central region, with a view to gradually relieve city traffic and ecological environment pressure and to realize sustainable development.
