This paper briefly introduces the creation background and project conditions of scientific development center project of He＇ nan Coal and Chemical Industry Group, and describes the aspects of design concept, overall layout, traffic organization and landscape design, architectur- al appearance and single building design and so on, so as to accumulate relevant design experience, to construction harmonious architectural complex, and further to create and improve city functions.
