摘要
针对如何提升监理企业雇主品牌竞争力的问题,从物质和精神两方面分析了员工的基本价值诉求,并通过实例分析,总结了从这两方面入手可提升雇主品牌竞争力的管理方法和思想,以指导实践。
Aiming at the issue on how to promote the brand competitiveness of employers in supervision enterprises, the paper analyzes the basic value appeal of employees from the material and mind aspects, and sums up the management methods and thoughts for promoting the employers' brand competitiveness from the two aspects, so as to direct the practice.
