针对铁路EPC总承包项目的工程造价管理,站在总承包商的角度,分别从合同订立阶段和合同履行阶段,提出了一些工程造价管理方法和管理经验,对EPC总承包项目的项目管理起到了一定的作用。

In view of the engineering cost management of railway EPC project, from aspect of general contractor, the paper puts forward some en- gineering cost management methods and management experience from two stages of contract signing phase and contract execution, which has cer- tain meaning for EPC project management.
