基于智能理解的异地协同虚拟装配冲突消解 被引量:2

Conflict resolution based on intelligent comprehension in distributed collaborative virtual assembly

摘要 为有效解决异地协同装配过程中由于装配方案分歧产生的操作冲突,提出基于智能理解的冲突层次化消解方法。基于装配行为,按照装配过程描述的细节精度,将冲突划分为装配操作冲突、装配路径冲突和装配顺序冲突,确定各冲突的关键特征,建立冲突元模型,对各类冲突进行统一存储。根据操作分歧度区分用户操作意图差异,在装配条件的约束下采用基于装配控制权限因子的规则消解方法进行系统智能消解,在此基础上将消解过程可视化,并利用冲突元存储的分歧操作信息使异地协同装配系统中的成员进行直观比较,交互式协商调整,订立统一装配方案。最后以实例验证了所提方法的有效性。 To effectively resolve manipulation conflicts generated by assembly program difference and formulate rational program in distributed collaborative assemble process,hierarchical conflict resolution based on intelligent comprehension was proposed.According to detail precision of assemble process description,conflicts were divided into assemble-operation conflicts,assemble-path conflicts and assemble-sequence conflicts based on the assemble behavior,and the key features of conflicts were defined.Conflict cell was created to store conflict in unified way.Difference of user's operational intent was distinguished on the basis of manipulation ramification degree.According to constraints of assembling site,conflicts were intelligent resolved at the systemic level based on authority factor of assemble control,and the resolution process was visualized on this basis.The memebers in distributed collaborative assemble system could compare with each others,confer with others by interactive way and map out uniform assemble program intuitively by using different manipulation of conflict cell storage.The effectiveness of proposed method was verified by examples.
