摘要 为提高自动拣选系统的工作效率,建立了基于并行拣选的品项拆分模型。该模型的优化目标是使每个拣选机可在订单合流前完成对货物的缓存。模型采用延迟因子表示订单合流时间与货物缓存时间的差值,并通过证明得出通道延迟因子与延迟时间具有相同变化趋势的结论。为求解模型,设计了基于延迟因子的启发式拆分算法。仿真结果显示,采用启发式算法可使拣选时间缩短8.55%~11.7%。 To improve the efficiency of the automated picking system,the Stock Keeping Unit(SKU) splitting model was built based on the parallel picking.The dispensers which could finish goods buffer before order form merge were optimized.The delay factor was proposed to represent the difference between merging time and dispensing time.It was proved the delay time and the delay time of each channel had the same variation trend.To solve the model,heuristic SKU splitting algorithm based on delay factor was designed.The simulation result indicated that the picking time could be shortened by 8.55%~11.7%.
