摘要
再制造产品需求和再制造率的不确定性,使得再制造生产计划比传统生产计划更加复杂。针对产品的再制造和重新装配过程中的批量计划进行整体优化,在重新装配车间,装配调度策略不仅取决于外部采购零部件的到达情况,同时更加依赖于再制造车间对拆卸后零部件的再制造情况。根据再制造率和顾客需求的不确定性,综合考虑再制造成本、再装配成本、装配前零部件库存成本、装配后产品的库存成本以及缺货成本,以利润最大化为目标,利用利润的两阶段函数给出了再制造零部件和再装配产品的最优批量,并讨论了再装配批量和再制造率、利润和再制造批量之间的关系。
Production planning and control are more complex for firms with remanufacturing due to demand uncertainty and uncertainty in parts recovery.We consider a lot-sizing problem in a remanufacturing and the reassembly shop.In such a shop,the assembly scheduling strategy not only depends on the arrival of orders of the spare parts,but also the remanufacturability of the spare part after disassembling.Considering the remanufacturing rate and the uncertainty of customer demand,we obtain the optimal remanufacturing and reassemble lot sizing to maximize the two-stage profit function,and show the relationship between the reassemble lot sizing and remanufacturing rate,remanufacturing lot sizing and profits.
