Synthesis of a terpolymer from acrylic acid,allyl alcohol and vinyl imidazole

摘要 通过沉淀聚合的方法,采用偶氮二异丁基腈为引发剂,将乙烯基咪唑、丙烯酸、丙烯醇三元共聚,制备了一种具有类似于纤溶酶生物活性的新型高分子。探讨了合成条件对聚合过程、黏度及分子量的影响,并对利用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振(NMR)对该共聚物进行了结构表征。纤维蛋白平板实验证实该共聚物能溶解血栓。 A new kind of fibrinolytic polymer was synthesized by precipitation polymerization with raw materials of acrylic acid,allyl alcohol and vinyl imidazole,and with azobisisobutylnitrile as initiator.The effects of synthesis conditions on the polymerization process,viscosity and molecular weight of obtained copolymers were diseussed.The copolymer was characterized by infrared spectrum(IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(NMR),and its fibrinolytic activity was determined by fibrin plate.
