中外创新型城市界定比较及再思考

Comparison and Rethink about the Definition of Chinese and Foreign Innovative Cities

针对国内外关于创新型城市研究中,众多学者对创新型城市给出的不同定义,显示出目前对创新型城市的认识仍然没有统一的情况,通过分析国内外创新型城市的代表性定义,并在比较其差异的基础上,从创新资源与能力的角度重新界定创新型城市,认为创新型城市是城市创新资源集聚和创新能力持续提升,并达到一定高度,使得创新成为城市发展的主导驱动力。

From domestic and foreign literatures about an innovative city look,different scholars give different definition to innovative city.And great difference exists among these definitions,which means the understanding of the innovative city still has no unified view recently.Innovative city was redefined from the angle of innovation resources and the ability on the basis of the analysis of the representative definition of an innovative city at home and abroad and comparing their differences.The innovative city was considered as urban innovation resources.The continued ascension of innovation ability makes it attain to a certain height and makes the innovation to become the leading driving force of city development.
