摘要
跨链间库存互补是一个多反馈回路、复杂动态的非线性系统,以两单链为研究背景,引入了产品物料清单(BOM),分析了供应链的上游供应商存在的多层次和多对象性,建立了基于BOM耦合的供应商库存互补模型,并运用系统动力学的方法进行分析。结果表明,不同程度的供应商紧急库存互补,都能有效地从供应源头抑制顾客需求波动,减少供应链系统的库存总量和总物流成本,减弱牛鞭效应,提高顾客服务水平,其中以三对供应商库存互补模式最优。
Across-chain inventory complementation is a nonlinear system,which is multi-feedback and complex dynamics.Based on BOM,supplier inventory complementation model was established under the background of single chain study,and multi-level and multi-object of upstream suppliers of supply chain were analyzed.The model was discussed by the system dynamics approach.The results show that different degree supplier emergency inventory complementation could effectively restrain customer demands fluctuation from supplying source;it is also useful to reduce total inventory quantity and total logistics cost,reduce bullwhip effect and improve the customer service level.And the three couple supplier inventory complementation model was the best.
