摘要
引入电流环和电压环限制条件,对基于转子磁场定向的异步机弱磁控制方法进行优化,从而提高电流的跟踪能力和电机的转矩输出特性,并在全数字的异步机驱动系统上实现了算法。通过Lab-view虚拟示波器对实验数据进行实时观测,实验结果表明,该方法可以有效提高电机的动态响应特性和电机的转矩输出特性。
In this paper,a new flux-weakening control method based on rotor flux orientation is presented to improve the current tracking capability and output characteristics of the motor torque,and the method is implemented in digital ac spindle driver system.Using Labview virtual oscilloscope to observe the real-time experimental data,the experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the dynamic response of motor as well as the output characteristics of the motor torque.
