摘要
研究棉及棉型机织物的复合酶前处理工艺,并与传统烧碱前处理工艺进行比较。优化的复合酶处理工艺为:复合生物酶5 g/L,冷堆辅助剂ST20 4 g/L,室温堆置2~3 h;优化的氧漂工艺为:复合精练剂FKJL06D 20 g/L,氧漂辅助剂4 g/L,双氧水(100%)8 g/L,100℃汽蒸40 min。结果表明,采用复合酶前处理工艺可以提高产品品质,且对环境友好。
Bio-pretreatment of cotton fabric with compound enzyme is carried out, and pretreatment results are compared with those of the traditional pretreatment process. The optimum bio-pretreatment process is: compound enzyme 5 g/L, assistant ST20 4 g/L, and dwelling for 2 -3 h at room temperature. The optimum peroxide bleaching process is: compound scouring agent FK-JL06D 20 g/L, peroxide bleaching assistant 4 g/L, hydrogen peroxide(100%) 8 g/L, steaming at 100℃ for 40 min. The results show that the bio-pretreatment process with compound enzyme can improve product qualities, and it is an ecological process.
