毛用匀染剂WPN在高支羊毛染色中的应用

Application of leveling agent WPN to high count wool dyeing

采用Lanasol CE系列染料对高支羊毛进行染色,研究毛用匀染剂WPN对染色效果的影响,并与Lanasol CE染料配套匀染剂Albegal B进行比较。结果表明,WPN可以显著降低高支羊毛在染色过程中的损伤,改善染色羊毛的手感;其染色羊毛单根纤维强力较Albegal B工艺可提高4.64%～10.59%;二者的匀染性能和对染料上染率、固色效果、K/S值和色牢度的影响程度相当。

High count wool fabric dyeing with Lanasol CE dyes is carried out, effects of leveling agent WPN on dyeing results are studied, and dyeing results between leveling agent WPN and AIbegal B are compared. It is found that the high count wool dyeings with leveling agent WPN feature lower fiber damage, softer handle, higher single yarn strength by 4.64% - 10.59%, as well as similiar color fastness, color strength and exhaustion compared with those of Albegal B.
