摘要
普通重型轧车的轧辊挠度较大,线压力不均匀,轧压时导致织物中间带液率高,两边带液率低,影响联合机车速。采用中支轧辊改造大直径的特宽幅重型轧车轧辊,可以降低轧余率15%以上,提高轧车的使用寿命,达到投入少、节能效果显著的目的。文中介绍了国内首创的中支轧辊的技术性能和基本原理。
Due to the high mechanical deflection and uneven linear pressure of the roller equipped on the consolidated padder, it is easy to cause side to center deviation of pickup in processing and affect the machine speed. The reconstruction of extrawide padder with central supporting roller can reduce pickup by 15%, and prolong the lifespan of the padder with low capital investment and energy saving. The principle and technical properties of domestic original central supporting roller are introduced.
