液压拉伸对轮螺栓在汽轮发电机组中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国大功率汽轮机组的发展,汽轮机联轴器尺寸越来越大,转子联轴器螺栓拆卸困难、在拆卸中易发生咬伤、螺栓损坏严重等问题一直困扰着电厂安装及检修工作。国外大型发电机组和大型舰船联轴器螺栓普遍采用液压拉伸,有效攻克了技术难题,但国产机组在这项技术上还是空白。技术人员通过钻研,设计制作出液压拉伸对轮螺栓,替代传统联轴器螺栓,并在华能大连电厂350 MW机组上成功应用。 Along with the development of large steam turbine coupling in our country, there are larger size steam turbine rotor coupling bolts, difficult to dismantle shaft coupling bolts, b01t damages thereof has been perplexing power plant for installation and maintenance work. Foreign large generating sets and large ship coupling bolts use hydraulic tensile, overcoming technical difficulties, and this technology in domestic is still a blank. This paper mainly introduces the designing by technical staff to produce streeching hydraulic bolts on the wheel, instead of the conventional coupling bolts, and successful application examples to HPI Dalian Power Plant 350 MW unit.
