摘要 通过对新疆玛纳斯电厂锅炉运行及点火过程中多次发生的锅炉汽包水位保护动作而引发锅炉MFT(主燃料跳闸)灭火事故的介绍,分析了灭火事故发生的原因是采用冷炉等离子点火方式,在燃煤质量较差的情况下,烟气温度偏高,极易导致锅炉省煤器汽化,同时由于运行人员经验相对不足,导致锅炉水位高保护动作,从而造成锅炉灭火。文中结合理论计算,对水位波动的原因进行分析,并提出相应处理措施,应加强放水并及时开启省煤器再循环门。 Introduction is made based on a Xinjiang power plant the boiler and ignition process, the boiler feed water on many occasions caused the action to protect the boiler fire accident MFT, analysis of fire cause of the accident is because of the use of cold plasma ignition, for poor quality coal, flue gas temperature becomes high, which can easily lead to vaporization of the boiler economizer. At the same time, the less experienced operating personnel leads to action at high water level, causing the boiler extinguishment. Analysis is made on water fluctuation and proposals are put forward such as increasing drainage and open economizer recireulation door in time.
