摘要
基于12 kV直动式真空断路器的动作特性,介绍了一种改进型单稳态永磁机构.利用ADAMS中建立的真空断路器模型,结合MATLAB实现了多场耦合动态仿真.在触头弹簧的不同安装方式下,选取电容与分闸弹簧参数的不同组合进行断路器分合闸的动态仿真.仿真结果表明:电容容量对合闸特性影响较大;分闸弹簧刚度系数对分闸特性影响较大;触头弹簧安装在动端侧有利于提高刚分速度;触头弹簧安装在静端侧有利于降低刚合速度.
Based on direct vacuum circuit breaker action characteristic,an improved single-stable permanent magnetic actuator(PMA) is introduced.An ADAMS simulation model for vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) with single PMA is constructed,machine-electromagnetic co-operation is realized by combining MATLAB.With the results of vacuum circuit breaker closing dynamic calculations,optimization of moving contact parameters is made to reduce phenomenon of closing bouncing.The result shows that closing feature has a greater impact while opening feature has a greater impact.Contact spring installed on the moving side can improve the separating instant speed;another installation method can reduce closing instant speed.
