WTO规则框架下我国服务贸易的市场准入研究:基于服务业外资进入经济效应的考察

Market Access Study of China's Service Trade under the WTO Rules: Based on the Economic Effects of the Service Industry FDI

大力扩展服务贸易领域的市场准入,是我国当前引进外资、实现服务业现代化和产业升级转型、培育经济增长点的紧迫之举。本文以中国服务业FDI为研究对象,深入分析了其对中国经济增长的作用关系。结果表明,我国服务业FDI与经济增长之间存在着长期稳定的协整关系;在中国服务业FDI对经济增长发挥作用的六个路径中,就业效应、技术效应、资本效应和产业结构效应均具有正向推动作用;针对贸易效应和制度效应作用并不显著的情况,本文从WTO规则框架下我国服务贸易的市场准入扩展方面作了深入的思考与探索。

To extend market access in the field of service trade is urgent for China to realize the transformation of industrial upgrading and foster new point of economic growth.This paper analyzed the role of service industry FDI on China＇s economic growth.The results are as follows.First,there is a long-term stability of the cointegration relationship between China＇s service industry FDI and economic growth.Secondly,in the six paths in the role of services FDI on economic growth,employment effect,technology effect,capital effect and the effect of industrial structure all have positive promoting role.For the role of trade effect and system effect which are not significant,this paper made a depth thinking and exploration on the expansion of China＇s service trade market access under the WTO rules.
