Based on the present situation and the characteristic of network public opinion, combining with the college students psychological and cognitive characteristics, this article analyzes the role and the impact of network public opinion on college studentsj ideology and values formation and development. We also puts forward how to contact with the network public opinion closely and combine with the features of university students to promote better development of ideological and political education in universities.
