钳夹车挂货钩制造工艺分析

摘要 针对DILLIMAX690T高强钢组装焊接工艺难点并结合实际生产中挂货钩的整体加工精度,提出了钢板焊缝采用多层直通法焊条电弧焊,组焊后进行整体回火消除残余应力处理,进而整体喷砂处理的工艺.分析了焊前清理、预热及层间温度、焊接工艺参数、整体回火工艺参数及装配等因素的影响.经实际运用验证,该工艺措施合理可行,达到质量要求且已取得良好的效益. The DILLIMAX690T high strength steel welding technology combining with the difficulties of overall machining accuracy of hang hooks in actual production are analysed, and the process of the weld steel welding in direct method of multilayer is proposed by SMAW, whole structure residual stress relieving by tempering and whole painting treatment. The cleaning before welding, preheating and inter-layer temperature setting, welding parameters, the overall tempering process parameters and assembly factors are also analyzed. Through actual application verification, the technological measures are reasonable and feasible, and the quality requirements and good benefits are achieved.
