医用包装纸袋和医用包装纸塑袋灭菌效果及成本分析

Sterilization Effect and Cost Comparison of Medical Paper Package and Paper-plastic Package

目的比较医用灭菌包装纸袋和纸塑袋高压蒸汽灭菌的灭菌适应性、阻菌效果,对使用成本进行分析。方法使用医用包装纸袋和纸塑袋分别包装150个试验包,比较两者灭菌后出现湿包、包装损坏、封口开裂等方面的灭菌适应性及两者在无菌保质期阻菌效果方面的差异,并分析两种包装材料的使用的成本。结果两种包装材料的试验包在灭菌后出现湿包、封口裂开的情况存在明显差异。使用医用包装纸袋的试验包在灭菌后未出现湿包和封口开裂的情况;使用医用包装纸塑袋的试验包灭菌后发生湿包16例,封口开裂及表面破损分别为2例及1例。在90 d储存期内两种包装材料的试验包细菌培养结果均为阴性,在储存120 d、180 d时使用医用包装纸袋包装的试验包分别出现1例和2例细菌培养阳性结果。单次包装使用纸袋包装材料成本低于纸塑袋。结论医用包装纸袋具有良好的灭菌适应性,阻菌效果可靠,其包装成本低于医用包装纸塑袋,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the steam sterilization adaptability and the bacterial resistance effect of the medical paper package and paper-plastic package,and to analyze costs of the two packaging materials on using.Methods Individual packaged 150 test packs with medical paper and paper-plastic bags.Compared frequencies of wet packs,packaging damages and sealing cracks in adaptability after the sterilization,and differences in resistance effects,and analyzed the cost of two kinds of packaging materials.Results Wet bags,seal cracks of the test packages with two kinds of materials occurred after sterilization is a significant difference.Wet packs and sealing cracks of the test package using medical paper did not occur after Sterilization;wet packs of using paper-plastic occurred 16 cases after sterilization,sealing cracks and surface damage for 2 and 1 cases respectively.All of test packages with two kinds of materials test of bacterial culture results were negative within the 90-day storage period,the culture-positive results occurred in 120th day and 180th day individually 1 and 2 cases with paper bag test pack.And Single packaging using a paper bag material costs less than using paper-plastic bag.Conclusion Medical paper package have better steam sterilization adaptability,reliable resistance effects and less cost than paper-plastic package,which deserve more application in clinic.
