摘要
针对薄壁套零件在磨削加工中不同装夹方法引起的变形进行了受力分析,建立了磨削加工的力学模型及有限元分析模型,运用最小二乘拟合法得出最后的圆度和尺寸误差,并与实测数据进行对比,结果显示采用轴向夹紧可大大减小零件的夹持变形。
In this article,the deformation of thin-walled parts caused by different clamping methods are analyzed in grinding process,the mechanical model and finite element analysis model of grinding are established,the roundness and size error are obtained by using the least squares fitting method,comparing with the measured data,the results show that axial clamping can greatly reduce the clamping deformation of parts.
