摘要
为解决深海网箱养殖时网衣易被附着物堵塞问题,研究设计了一种深海网箱网衣水下清洗系统,给出了系统的机械结构组成,水下清洗原理,电控系统和起重机的控制油路设计过程。根据给定的设计条件,对清洗系统的主要动力参数进行了理论分析和计算,结果表明:只要选用的参数配置合理,可完全满足设计要求,为该装置的进一步结构优化和海上试验提供了理论依据。
A new type deep-sea net cage cleanup equipments is introduced in this paper in order to solve the problem of fouling organisms blocking water exchange for deep-water cage,and the systematic structure,working principle and design of control system and basic design parameters are analysed and discussed.According to the design of the given conditions,the paper theoretically analyzes and calculates the kinetic parameter.The result shows that the equipments can completely meet the design requirements as long as the parameters configuration is reasonable selected and also provide a theoretical basis for further structure optimization and sea trials.
