摘要
提出了一种工件重心坐标的测量方法。通过测量三个均匀分布支承工件的称重传感器的支承力,可以计算出工件重心在水平面的坐标(x,y)。然后将工件翻转一定角度θ,同样可以计算出这时的水平坐标(x',y')。根据这两个坐标就可以通过坐标变换计算出工件重心的坐标(x0,y0,z0)。工件重心的测量可以指导工件的打磨,从而使工件的重心位置在理论重心的公差范围以内,保证了零件的静平衡和动平衡要求。
A method is brought out that can measure the coordinates of the barycenter of workpiece.The horizontal coordinates x,y can be calculated in terms of the forces detected by the three well-distributed weighing sensors sustaining the workpiece.Similarly,the another horizontal coordinates x′,y′ can be calculated while the workpiece is rotated by θ.Therefore,the coordinates x_0,y_0,z_0 of the barycenter of workpiece are calculated by the coordinates-transform with the above two datasets.The grinding is guided by the measured results so as to make the barycenter of workpiece in the range of the theoretical tolerance,and obtain the performances of both static and dynamic balance.
