摘要
针对齿轮挤压模具型腔易损坏、精度和效率低等弊病,引入流曲线和Bezier曲线理论,建立挤压型腔参数化模型,利用Pro/E软件的造型和图形交互功能,实现型腔的实体模型建立及高速铣削模拟。
Aiming at the gear die problem in easily damaged,low precision and efficiency,the stream curve and Bezier curve are introduced into the parameterized modeling for gear die.The model is built and the numerical machining is simulated by Pro/E 3D software.
