摘要 节流压井管汇系统是确保成功地控制井涌,实现油气井压力控制技术的必要装备。采用CFD方法对JGY70节流管汇内部流场进行了气液两相流动的数值模拟仿真,通过对模拟结果分析发现冲蚀区域主要分布在节流管汇入口段100~300(mm)之间的管段上并容易引起该管段的刺穿,与现场的实验情况基本吻合。并针对引起冲蚀磨损现象的主要原因,提出一种新型防冲蚀节流管汇结构。达到降低对节流管汇的冲蚀磨损,更好地满足了现场的使用要求的目的。 Choke manifold system is the necessary aquipment,which can ensure the successful control of the kick,and can achieve the pressure control technology.The gas-liquid two-phase flow numerical simulation is done for the internal flow field of JGY70 choke manifold by using the CFD method.By analyzing the simulation results,It is found that the erosion areas are mainly distributed between 100 ~ 300mm pipe section in the choke manifold entrance and is easy to cause the pipe piercing,which is consistent with the field experimental conditions.For the main reason causing the phenomenon of erosion wear,a new type of anti-erosion choke manifold structure is put forward,which could reduce the erosive wear on the choke manifold,and can better meet the purpose of use requirements of the scene.
