摘要
针对传统压力容器封头的材料选择,对两种材料3105和6A51进行了单向拉伸实验,获取了两种材料的力学性能参数,在参数比较的基础上建立了其本构方程,分析了两种材料的使用性能和成形性能,最终确定6A51更加适宜于压力容器封头的制造。
Aiming at the choice of materials for traditional pressure vessel′s covers,two kinds of materials named 3105 and 6A51 are carried out by the uniaxial tensile test respectively.The mechanical properties of the two materials are obtained and their constitutive equations are established on the basis of the parameters.The performance and formability properties of the two materials are analyzed,the conclusion of that the 6A51 is more suitable for the manufacture of pressure vessel head is ultimately determined.
