摘要
主要阐述利用两组线性滑轨实现同步升降和摆动的技术方法。利用两组线性滑轨、一个固定转轴、一个移动转轴,通过两个伺服电机的带动实现架体的同步升降和摆动。此设计有效地解决了用齿轮实现摆动时,由齿间间隙产生的空程,摆动的开始与停止非常平稳。
The article mainly expounds the technical method of using two team linear guideways to achieve synchronic up and down and swing.Using two team linear guideways,one immovable rotating shaft,one mobile rotating shaft,the shelf body achieves synchronic up and down and swing,driven by two servo motors.The design solves efficiently the idle running problem raised by gear intervals,which makes swing steadily at its beginning and stopping points.
