宽苞十大功劳提取物抑菌活性的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 对民间药用植物宽苞十大功劳Mahonia eurybracteata Fedde提取物的抑菌活性物质进行研究,结果表明:(1)通过对不同部位提取物所进行的抑菌试验,发现叶和茎均含有有抑菌活性物质,但茎的抑菌效果更强更明显。(2)对超声提取和索氏提取二个方法进行比较,发现索氏提取物抑菌效果与超声提取抑菌效果只存在较小的差异。(3)宽苞十大功劳提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、藤黄球菌、黑曲霉、白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为0.6 g/mL、2.0 g/mL、1.0 g/mL、0.8 g/mL、2.0 g/mL、0.6 g/mL;但黑曲霉最小杀菌浓度为4 g/mL外,其它菌的最小杀菌浓度均为2 g/mL。(4)不同溶剂提取物中,65%乙醇溶液提取物具有最佳抑菌效果。不同极性溶剂的抑菌试验表明,抑菌活性物质易溶于石油醚、乙醚等非极性溶剂。这些结果为开发新型、安全、高效的临床药物提供依据,也为扩大药源提供科学依据。 The bacteriostatic test of extract from Mahonia eurybracteata Fedde,one of medical plants was carried out,the results are as followings.(1) The antibacterial substance existed in the stems and leaves,and leaves's extract was more sensitive.(2) Comparing the bacteriostatic test from the extracting methods of Ultrasonic and Soxhlet,it was found that there was little difference on the two different methods.(3) The minimal inhibitory concentration of the extract on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Micrococcus luteus,Aspergillus niger,Monilia albicans were 0.6,2.0,1.0,0.8,2.0,0.6,1.0 g/mL respectively;the minimal bactericidal concentration all were 2 g/mL expect Aspergillus niger was 4 g/mL.(4) In order to get the extract that has the optimum antibacterial effect,the solvent should be 65% alcohol.The bacteriostatic test by different polar solvent shows that the antibacterial substancy easily dissolved in non-polar solvent such as petroleum ether,ethyl ether.The bacteriostatic test of extract from Mahonia eurybracteata Fedde provides the basis for new and safety and high efficiency clinical application.
