转型升级背景下浙南欠发达山区旅游可持续发展对策研究——以丽水市为例

Countermeasures for sustainable development tourism of undeveloped mountain area in southern Zhejiang under the background of social transformation and upgrad:a case of Lishui city

浙南欠发达山区拥有垄断性的生态环境和旅游资源优势,但受地方经济发展水平制约,旅游业发展缓慢。以丽水市为例,分析了丽水市旅游经济运行基本情况,认为旅游发展理念滞后、经济基础薄弱、交通区位条件落后、生态保护压力大、专业人才馈乏等因素直接影响了丽水市旅游总体发展水平,并从旅游产业定位、旅游产品开发、发展瓶颈破除、产业资源配置和生态环境保障等方面着眼,针对丽水市旅游业发展现状,阐述了全面转型升级背景下丽水市旅游业可持绿快速发展的应对策略。以期为丽水市旅游业发展提供理论参照和现实指导,并为浙南欠发达地区发展旅游业提供借鉴。

Although the underdeveloped mountain area in the south of Zhejiang province has the advantage of monopolistic ecological environment and tourist resources,its tourism developed quite slow due to the restriction of its local economic development.Taking Lishui city as an example,the basic situation of tourist economic operation of Lishui was analyzed.There were many factors that influenced the overall development of tourism of Lishui,such as lacking the idea of tourism development,poor economic foundation,bad traffic location,big pressure in ecological protection,shortage of professional people and so on.Apart from that,according to the status quo of tourism of Lishui,the overall transformation and upgrading of Lishui tourism under the background of the sustainable development strategy in the view of tourist industry positioning,the development of tourism product,bottleneck break development,resources disposition,and the guarantee of ecological environment and so on were expounded.And also the theory references and realistic guidance of the development of Lishui tourism were presented and an example of the underdeveloped mountain area in the south of Zhejiang province in their development of tourism was given.
